Melissa Llewellyn Snider is an ADHD Coach, founder of Likemind Coaching LLC, and co-host of the "Hypercast" podcast. Her deep understanding of ADHD stems from personal and professional experiences, including a significant crisis that disrupted her ADHD treatment and led to a period of struggle with depression and anxiety. Seeking help, Melissa worked with mental health professionals and realized she hadn't fully accepted her ADHD, hindering her self-acceptance. Through dedicated therapy and support, she overcame these challenges, rebuilt her foundation, and embraced her identity, including her ADHD. This journey inspired her to become an ADHD coach.
